Villa La Joya

VILLA LA JOYA is a two bedroom home, one bedroom has a king size bed and a double, the other has a king size bed and a single. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. It is perfect for a family of four to six. Both bedrooms have closets and night tables, for reading, and are air conditioned, also they both have sliding glass doors that open onto a veranda, that overlooks the ocean. There are two bathrooms, one up and one down with showers in each, and the downstairs bathroom has a clothes washing machine. There is also satellite TV.

Downstairs consists of a combination living room and dining room fully furnished in tasteful Mexican decor. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with new appliances, tile and cupboards, the kitchen contains everything the gourmet on vacation could require. The living area is a comfortable, spacious room that you will enjoy and where you will spend quality time with your loved ones.

Of course all your bedding and towels are also supplied, enough for a family of six plus there is a daily maid service provided for your convenience "she does the dishes too".

The grounds are beautiful with six coconut trees, one mango, hibiscus and other tropical flowers and plants. "Pedro", our gardener, sees to it that the grounds are manicured for your enjoyment. At night you are caressed to sleep by the sound of the ocean surf, no street noise, no disturbances, real peace and quiet.

We purposely have not brought a telephone line into the villa or newspapers, fax etc. to clutter your life or ours, you have enough of this at home, as we do. I feel that you will agree after you have spent a few days of tranquility at VILLA LA JOYA. This is the true Mexican beach luxury that people are seeking but seldom find.

VILLA LA JOYA is located just a 15 minute drive north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport. You are also 10 minutes from shopping, groceries, and fine dining, for those days when you do not want to cook. A 5 minute walk down the beautiful beach brings you to a 5 diamond hotel that has water sport rentals, fine dining, and if you have to, all the telephones and faxes that you would need. There is also a golf course just a five minute drive away.

You have probably guessed by now that that it would be nice to have a car. They are inexpensive to rent, you would have to check with car rental agencies to get their most recent rates, you will be pleased at how reasonable they are. However, having a car is not a necessity. It is possible to "CAB" it as some of our guests have. This way the urge to race around in a rental car is gone and you can just relax on the beach, go for long walks, nap or stay put. Either way the full enjoyment of "Villa la Joya" is possible.

VILLA LA JOYA is a family villa complete with appliances, decorations and loving touches. It can be shared with a few lucky tourists at what is a nominal fee, all we ask is that you enjoy yourselves and care for VILLA LA JOYA as if it were your own.

The fee is $150.00 per day, or $900.00 per week. High seasons: (Christmas/Spring Break) are $1100.00 per week or $175.00 per day. I look forward to assisting you with your enquiries.
